IM adopts a dual-pronged approach to transaction assessment. First, our credit team conducts an evaluation, followed by a review by IM Management’s in-house real estate experts.

As a wholly owned subsidiary of IM Group, IM Management has a strong reputation in real estate development, providing significant advantages for IM and its investors.

Our single-asset investments allow investors and their advisors to select opportunities based on their risk and return preferences. Investors can set their own risk parameters and focus on any preferred sub-asset class, geographic region, or investment term.

Real Estate Asset Focus

We arrange loans secured by the following types of real estate assets:

Major metropolitan areas, with a focus on key cities such as Sydney, and Brisbane.
Secured property values typically range from $5 million to $50 million, with relatively strong liquidity for both acquisitions and refinancing.
Non-specialized real estate assets, including residential land, completed apartments, general commercial properties, and construction loans.
